Illata kezdetben visszafogott, majd szellőztetés után elegáns rétegek bontakoznak ki: finom ánizsos fűszeresség, negro karakter és szőlővirágos árnyalatok adják komplex aromatikáját. Kortyban zamatos és arányos, a tanninok teljesen beépültek, így a bor struktúrája kifinomult és harmonikus. Egyensúlya példaértékű, lecsengése kifejezetten hosszú.

Az érlelés során hordóválogatást alkalmaztunk, a tétel vegyes magyar és amerikai, 225 literes tölgyfahordókban nyerte el végső formáját. A tölgy fűszeres jegyei tökéletesen simulnak a gyümölcsös karakterhez, miközben a 15%-os alkohol meglepően jól integrált, szinte észrevétlen marad.

Már most is nagy bor, amely készen áll a fogyasztásra, ugyanakkor még évekig fejlődni képes a palackban.

Its nose is initially restrained, then—after aeration—elegant layers unfold: delicate anise spice, a distinct Negro character, and hints of grape blossom contribute to its complex aromatic profile. On the palate, it is flavorful and well-proportioned, with tannins that are fully integrated, resulting in a refined and harmonious structure. Its balance is exemplary, and the finish is notably long.During maturation, a barrel selection was applied, and the wine achieved its final form in a combination of Hungarian and American 225-liter oak barrels. The spicy notes of the oak blend seamlessly with the fruit-driven character, while the 15% alcohol is surprisingly well integrated and remains almost unnoticeable.Already a great wine, it is ready to be enjoyed now, yet it will continue to evolve beautifully in the bottle for years to come.
