SHIPPING POLICY
1. General provisions
These Terms and Conditions of Delivery are for KDM Kft. – Mayer Pince
(registered office: 7773 Villány, Batthyány Street 13.) operated by
They apply to the delivery of orders placed in the https://www.mayerpince.com web store.
By placing an order, the Customer accepts the provisions of these Delivery Terms and Conditions.
2. Delivery area
Mayer Pince ensures the delivery of ordered products throughout Hungary.
Shipping abroad is only possible by individual agreement.
3. Shipping method
The ordered products are delivered using a courier service.
Delivery partner:
XLS Courier Service Ltd.
The courier service delivers packages to the specified delivery address on working days, usually between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
4. Shipping charges
Shipping fees are as follows:
Order value from 0 – 30,000 HUF: 2,500 HUF
For orders over 30,000 HUF: free shipping
The exact shipping cost will be indicated before the order is finalized.
5. Delivery time
Orders are processed on business days.
Expected delivery time:
2–5 business days from order confirmation.
The Customer will receive a separate notification of any delivery time that differs from this.
6. Package pickup
The Buyer is obliged to inspect the package upon delivery.
If the package:
damaged,
incomplete,
or visibly damaged,
The Buyer is obliged to draw up a report with the courier and not accept the package.
A subsequent injury claim cannot be enforced in all cases without a report.
7. Unsuccessful delivery
If delivery fails for reasons attributable to the Customer, the courier service may attempt a new delivery.
The cost of re-delivery may be borne by the Buyer.
The Seller is entitled to pass on the return shipping costs of the undelivered package to the Buyer.
8. Transfer of ownership
Ownership of the product is transferred to the Buyer after full payment of the purchase price.
The risk of damage passes to the Buyer upon receipt of the goods.

10. Delivery delay
The Service Provider will do everything possible to deliver the ordered products within the specified deadline.
If delivery is delayed due to reasons beyond the Service Provider's control (e.g. courier delay, logistics problem, force majeure event), the Service Provider is not liable for any resulting damages.
The Service Provider will notify the Customer of the delay as soon as possible.
11. Delivery of alcohol-containing products
The products sold by Mayer Pince include alcoholic beverages.
According to current Hungarian legislation, products containing alcohol may only be sold to persons over the age of 18.
The courier service has the right to verify age upon receipt.
If the recipient cannot prove their age, the courier may refuse to deliver the package.
12. Change of delivery conditions
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms of Delivery.
The current version is always published on the website.
