Service Reservations

Messages or inquiries sent through the website do not constitute an automatic reservation.

A contract regarding wine tastings, events, or accommodation becomes valid only when the Service Provider confirms the reservation via email.

The Service Provider reserves the right to coordinate the requested date and confirm the reservation.

These General Terms and Conditions regulate purchases and services made through the Mayer Pince website, including:

• wine purchases

• online orders

• accommodation reservations

• wine tastings and other services

By using the website or placing an order, the Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.

3. Conclusion of the Contract

Orders placed through the website constitute electronic contracts.

The contract is concluded when the Service Provider confirms the order by email.

Mayer Pince sells wine products and wine tourism services.

The essential characteristics of the products are described on the website.

Product images may be illustrations.

 

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are indicated in Hungarian Forints (HUF) and include VAT.

Available payment methods:

• bank card payment

• cash on delivery

• cash payment for personal pickup

• online payment providers

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify prices.

 

6. Shipping

Shipping conditions are detailed in the separate Shipping Policy document.

 

7. Right of Withdrawal

Customers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal without justification in accordance with applicable legislation.

8. Age Restriction

Alcoholic products may only be sold to persons over the age of 18.

By placing an order, the Customer declares that they are of legal drinking age.

The courier may verify the recipient’s age upon delivery.

 

9. Liability

The Service Provider is not responsible for:

• damages resulting from incorrectly provided delivery information

• minor delays caused by courier services

• performance issues resulting from force majeure events

17. Protection of Minors

The products sold on the website include alcoholic beverages.

According to Hungarian law, alcoholic beverages may only be sold to persons over 18 years of age.

The Service Provider or the courier may verify the recipient’s age upon delivery.
